LIFE FLYING BY WAAY TO FAST

Well Yesterday while most kids were out of school for Columbus Day My Son was ordering his Senior Ring. I did not attempt to go with him since he says I really embarrass him with my emotional self.lol. Any way I ask my sister to go and she really held it together but then last night she was asking where did the years go with our baby boy. since my sister does not have any biological children of her own and we are twins well she thinks mine are hers and I guess they really are we are sooo close. Well I ask myself that all the time. I mean it seemed like forever for me to get pregnant (7years), now he is a 6'4" 17year old. I just don't know but I never have been a mother to take for granted my kids. They are my heart and soul. Pictures to come soon.

Halloween Treats

Well since it rained all last Sunday, I decided to let Sabre' bake her some halloween cookies. This girl of mine truly likes to cook. I mean she has been making Chicken N Dumplings since she was about 2.5 years old. I guess that is an advantage to no daycare and older great Aunts keeping her. My Aunt "M" kept her until she started kindergarten and she cooked as I like to call them "real meals". Each day she would cook some type of bean/pea for lunch and again for diner, along with a main entre' . Any way Sabre' learned very early to cook from scratch and still will tell me that is not the way " Aunt M" does it. She makes her dough for the dumplings from scratch and then rolls it out to perfect. So I decided to let her make her Cookies. and Yes she did tell me when I said I don't have a rolling pen she said it is ok just let me get a glass and some paper to put down. LOL well here is her finished job on the cookies.

I think she did a wonderful job baking and decorating since her mom is NO decorator or sweet cooker.

More Prayers Please

I am asking again for Prayers. My best friends Mother was diagnosised this morning with Lung Cancer and given 6weeks to live it is non operatable. My poor friend has had her share of sorrow in the past 10 years, 1st her daughter n law passed away from ovarian cancer at the age of 24, 4years ago her husband passed away from cancer and 6 weeks after his death her son passed away of a heart attack, now her mother. How much more can she handle. I am talking about the best people. Please pray for their family to get through this battle.

Prayer Request

I am asking all my friends out there to pray for my friend Patti, Patti's husband was diagnosised Friday 9/11 with a brain tumor 2cm and on Monday 9/14 it was 5cm. They ambulanced him to Willis Knighten and the outcome is not looking so good. Pleas pray for her and her family to have strength during the next days ahead of their journey with this aweful battle. Thanks everyone

not a whole lot going on right now to tell, just getting back in the routine of school and everyday life. Had a great weekend end even in the rain I spent all day shopping on Saturday with my sister and it was wonderful, so we got some really cute fall decorations at the Hobby Lobby sale. then on to a few other places. To get the day really going on saturday we even ate lunch at our favorite place the Creamery in WM. Well not any excitement at our hill but I do hope everyone has a great workweek. until next time

BJ is now 17

I am a few hours late, but I wanted to wish Jonathan aka BJ a very Happy Birthday. it is hard to believe that my baby is now almost an adult. Godsh were did the time go. Man mom loves you too the moon and back
